While there weren't any Birchbox employees there like at the dinner in SF last month, there were a few lovely ladies from SutherlandGold who were looking fabulous and were also quite friendly. I had the pleasure of visiting with them for a few minutes prior to the screening. Now, I certainly wasn't going to go alone (going to the movies by myself isn't exactly the type of thing I like to do), so I naturally asked my seester to join me as my guest, and thankfully she was able to make it.

And of course there was the highlight of receiving a Birchbox once the film was over. I could barely stand to wait to open it...but that's the way I feel every.single.time. Anyway, I couldn't very well open it before my sis, especially since she's still waiting for the email to officially claim her subscription, so I tried to wait patiently. Once we were back on BART, people started to notice our bright pink boxes in hand, so if course I jumped at the opportunity to share with just about everyone within earshot of us about how wonderful Birchbox is. I even shared with the gentlemen around us that this isn't just for women, but there's also a little something for the men, too, with the Birchbox Man box! As a result, and with slight coercing from our peers, we opened them to display the contents. The man seated across from me even whipped out his keys to cut the tape. So what was inside?? You'll have to wait until my next post to see! Stay tuned!
