The Ultimate KitchenAid Mixer

Every grandchild receives a KitchenAid mixer from Pocket Nana upon marriage as a wedding gift. I don't know why, but that's just the way it is! It really is a fantastic gift because they're a little pricey and it's nice to know you aren't going to have to fork out the dough to get one. Especially for someone like me who loves to bake!

I've always had it in my head that I wanted a yellow one (it IS my favorite color after all). And oh, how many different shades of yellow mixers there are. I've been pretty set on which one I'll want when that day comes, but that was before I discovered this gem.

How cute is this?! The Pioneer Woman gave away 10 of them last year and I wish I would have known because my name would have been entered in a heartbeat. Too bad I was too late. Not that I would have had my name drawn, but it it would have been worth the try! I found the website that makes them, called Un Amore by Nicole Dinardo, which is great except the price tag on these babies are $1349! Needless to say, they are a little out of my price range, but that's not to say that I couldn't save up for a custom paint job for my own mixer at a later date. Or I could take a stab at it myself. I've seen some of her other designs, and she's certainly talented. I really like this one too! I highly suggest checking some of her other work out, but in the meantime, here are some more photos of the mixer I originally fell in love with.
